Managing Partner

Denis is a seasoned sales professional with 35 years experience serving a richly diverse client base.  Past accounts include Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, Hormel, and Playtex.  Denis is known nationally as a top salesperson.  He credits his success to a tireless work ethic and his unwavering commitment to superb client service.

Bill Sermania 

Managing Partner

Bill has over 20 years experience in the service sector.  In every role in his career, he has been a champion of service quality.  His background includes stints as the service quality "guru" for Showboat Hotel/Casino in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, as well as in the financial services industry with a subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group.  Bill has penned numerous  articles for service industry  publications and has been a featured speaker at national service quality conferences.
